Rubus Lowberry® ‘Little Sweet Sister’®

Tasty Green, 100% organically grown fruit. This means that only plant and animal materials have been used during cultivation. The pot and label are made of recycled plastic and are therefore a clean solution for the environment.
Rubus Low. Little Sweet Sister’ is a compact growing dwarf raspberry and grows up to 100 cm high. It is therefore very suitable for your terrace or balcony. The raspberries are of medium size, beautiful dark red in colour and deliciously sweet. This raspberry is one of the first to ripen, already in May. This raspberry is self-pollinating and flowers in April with inconspicuous, small white-pink flowers that attract bees and bumblebees. After flowering, the raspberries develop. They can be eaten straight from the bush, but you can also make delicious jam and juice from them. Raspberries are often very expensive in the shops, so it is much more fun to grow them yourself! Raspberries only develop a branch the first year, which will bear fruit the following year. After the harvest, the branches that have borne fruit can be cut close to the ground. The young branches will flower the following year and then bear fruit. The raspberry needs support to grow well, so always place it against a climbing frame. It also likes a sunny spot.
