Rubus Idaeus Zefa Herbsternte’ is an autumn raspberry. The shrub is medium-sized and thorny with an upright shape. The leaves are crenate with a downy white underside. This autumn raspberry blooms from the end of May to July with white-pink flower clusters. In autumn, large, elongated, bright red fruits appear on the bush. They are slightly sweet and juicy. Place the raspberry bush in a sunny spot, this will promote the harvest. The bush is Hardy, attracts bees and butterflies and can tolerate some air pollution. After the harvest, cut back the branches to 30 cm above the ground, as they will no longer bear fruit and will die. In the spring new branches and leaves will appear.
