Carex oshimensis ‘Everest’, also known as Sedge, is an evergreen ornamental grass with green and white striped leaves that hang over beautifully. From April to June, the grass flowers with golden-brown panicles. Sedge is a strong plant that needs little care. It can be used as a ground cover, but is also suitable to put in a nice pot or in a border. This ornamental grass combines well with other flowering plants.
