Agapanthus Charlotte is a compact plant with violet-blue flowers on sturdy flower stalks. It has a rich inflorescence and retains its leaves in winter. This Agapanthus is characterised by the dark blue stripe in the flower. The flowers of the Agapanthus contain a lot of nectar and are therefore often visited by butterflies, bees and even birds. The Agapanthus has a long flowering period from June to September. The plant does not need pruning. Only the leaves that have turned yellow can be cut off. After flowering, you can remove the remaining flower stems. The plant is very Hardy to -10 degrees and can therefore easily survive the winter in the Netherlands. This sun lover is drought and heat resistant and therefore easy to maintain. This Agapanthus looks great anywhere, in a flower box, border or just in a pot.
